I had a gruesome experience with the little boys working their summer jobs at CC the other day. If you think service in the '90's is bad, just try dealing the impudent twits at a store with no future! I had O.K. experiences with the staff at old-wave Egghead stores, but I think dumping the front-line "help" is a brilliant move. I have no opinion on whether that makes EGGS worth $100/share. I will note that several of the braying skeptics who were on this thread several months ago seem to have evaporated. :-) Pý
