How about a related question - When will it hit its low - at the open or later? I'll be trying to pick a few more shares off of Monday's bottom. Whattya think - an immediate overreaction followed by recovery or continued attrition throughout the day?

GM,

I am going to "cheat" and wait for Globex and the Asian markets to open tonight before voting. On second thought, I will wait till the European markets open in the morning.

My best guess is AMAT is going to be over shadowed by Japanese election news. This is my two cents on the situation posted on the QCOM thread.

Tomorrow can easily be a few hundred point day. If all confidence is lost in the yen, the Japanese may be buying anything US in sight, driving our market to new highs. On the other hand, it can be so negative that everyone rushes for the sideline, driving the market down. Then again, investors can be so confused that they just sit on their hands and nothing happens.

Let me see, have I covered all the angles?
