no, thats okay, i used to be with AC/Delco, the after market is very large and the margins are excellent. The press release said they are profitable and I'm sure they have some good assets in machinery. but i'm still curious, the press release stated Acqueren, Inc. is a holding company with a substantial liquidity ( in excess of 2 million) what are they saying, that Acqueren has 2 million cash in the bank and when we close the deal (when) it will go to EDII. what do you think mitchell
