Okay, thats what i thought, so Acqueren has 2 million in liquid assets, those automatically become our 2 million in exchange for restricted shares. Boy the board of directors must have TONS of high expectations to give us 2 million in exchange for restricted shares. They must have really researched EDII and know the whole in and outs of our growing company. I just don't see a board of directors giving up 2 million in cash that they could get an interest rate of say 6% a year on unless they know our company is going places. Glad to see they have the confidence in the company like the rest of the investors do. My guess is that we will use that 2 million to use towards our purchase of this internet company we are looking at. but that is just my guess mitchell
