Hi Diony. $ 12/share for ATPX is below the merger price. (atpx was formed out of the merger with lunn). The company has come a long way during this year and is certainly undervalued at the current price.
By the way, 12 is the bid price. The ask is currently at 13.

Next week the stock should begin trading on the Nasdaq National and we're expecting a news release as well. The following week, ATPX is due to report earnings. ATPX's last earnings were almost 100% over estimates and they will beat estimates once again.

Please do your own DD to make your decision. I like the stock and
I'm happy to share my enthusiasm as well as what I've learned about it.

Sergio

I don't think you'll get it for 12. I tried all last week to buy this stock under the ask. Gave up and bought at 13.

BTW, be sure you really want in on these low float stocks (STVI is another) and only buy what you can afford to sit on for a while - once in you will be hard pressed to unload your shares until the stock starts to move. So plan to hold.

Prof

you think $12 is a good entering price for atpx, or just wait a little longer?
Regards
Diony
