Sapper, wish all aldm longs the very best
i know no more than anyone else, all i did was call the phone # at the top of the Barrington report, couldn't find the fact that aldm reverse split their stock 1 for 10 last year anywhere on this thread and mentioned that a144 means sale and the price was 1.25 for 100,000 shares. Before reverse split that would have been 1 million shares the owner of the company sold for $1.25 or $125,000, which 6 months earlier was worth $500,000 aldm price of $5, which today would only yield him $62,000, guess he knew when to sell. However if you believe $7 per share price quoted by Barrington report Rick could have waited and gotten $700,000 within a year to sell those 100,000 shares.
I wish all ALDM longs the very best
I know no more than anyone else
Do what you feel comfortable with
Cavalry
Ps Please don't tell me you have an offshore holding company
PSS How do you know they didn't tell everyone last year they were waiting for the end of rainy season.
PSSS does any investor have a copy of the geological surveys aldm has showing value of their assets so people can make a better informed decision.

What if the short squeeze is working. Wouldn't I want to buy the shorts back at .15 instead of .50 or above. Many possiabilities out there with the facts we know. I honestly beleive the 144 would have required another form as record of sail. I do know three of my other stocks had insiders selling shares to pay income taxes.
Don't think Cavalry is out to bash this stock. Think he is honestly concerned. Want to see people willing to bring up concerns plus opinions.
I owned a stock "O-brien" a few years ago that went bankrupt. I had about 3,000 invested and six months later I got 1,500 cash back and shares of the company that bought them out. I got the stock at 5.00 a share and later sold them fot 12.00 a share.
If we are holding a dis-honest stock, and if we are being lied to, we can sue the company. Look at NANX. I boughtin in Feb and made a bit off it. They are currently going through a class action law suit for mis-information.
Who knows. I don't even want to give the impression I'm a stock pro. That is why I spent 20 years and a month in the Army. I don't get excited easily.
I am holding ALDM. Will know if I was a fool or not in a few months.
