SFAM's oversight shouldn't be of concern IMHO. The writers for IBD are not tech heads, nor are they superbly familiar with the sector. Now, if Carl Johnson wrote the article, my eyebrows might be raised in fact. SFAM will or will not sell out....depending on a whole bunch o issues that are obvious (what price) and some that are not so obvious (whether management wants to go it alone, whether they think they can raise the stock price higher by themselves, and whether they view SFAM as their child....not wanting to let go - not so likely). Somehow or other, I would think we will see SFAM sell at some point....they are too attractive to let sit around....so the only question is what price. On this point, I suppose management will not settle for less than the last public offering - about $52/share.
