For example he can try out different feed combos on his water buffalo. Never mind his country is so poor that it can't deliver electricity to city folks on a reliable basis, let alone him. He has batterys! And a PC on a chip set! And he is part of some PC triggered egalitarian movement. That evening in his hut he will download pictures of Pamela Anderson from the net.
