I would say that you (by the way, who is the "we" you referred to, as it would be nice to know who comprises your group and your reference to "we" indicates that you are, indeed, an organized group) have expended a great deal of effort in getting the trading halted and trying to maintain that status. One of the suspected members of your group, tonto, has indicated in the past that he has some pretty well-placed contacts throughout the world of stock trading, including the SEC. So, in a direct answer to your question, something you seldom deign to do, yes, it would appear that you can. AD
