They gave me the wrong number (too low) of shares outstanding and could not verify much of anything about the Website. I can talk all day to company reps and still be totally snowed. The only semi-reliable information is what is filed at the SEC and all I see there is a long list of insiders perched to dump their shares and a horrible looking S-8. This is fact.
