Somehow we have forgotten, or I have, that even vitamins are made of the what 56 basic elements? Therefore, every molecule of B6 will break down into a chemical composition we already think of as a metal. Interesting.

150 whatevers of B6 each day. Can't get it in food hardly at all anymore.
No more than 150 as it is the only B you can overdose on. Symptoms will mimic Multiple Schlerosis. Already overdosed and found it out.
Also overdosed on A. That can literally kill you. It will.

Red steak once a week at most. Not a whit of fat, as the Bible says.

Everytime I eat steak fat I feel it for three days at least.

Also be sure if she is staying out of the sun,IF she is, that she is compensating for lack of D. For the first time I saw my first medical report on the massive D deficiencies now possible and probable because everyone is going inside because the sun has turned lethal. The recommendation? Milk. Totally reversing all of the foolish and stupid and ignorant advise that human adults DON'T NEED MILK> IT'S BAD FOR THEM.

Studies will support that there are few expensive pills/drugs on the market that were not taken from the original plant form and turned into expensive pills/drugs.

B6 is just hard to get. Like chromium and Co210, we just don't get enough.

A good multiple vitamin is essential too, I think. I also believe in trace minerals, and take them sparingly. They also can poison, yet they are totally necessary to sustain life.

God has given all life a very delicate balance. Look at the Ph level of the sea. Life will only live within the most fragile PH imaginable. If you've had salt water fish, you can see it is a desperate thin line. I believe that extends to humans and vitamins, versus disease of all nature. Much disease and the worst comes from vitamin deficiencies. The rest is of course living bacterial and viral organisims. Strangely, the death from vitamin deficiency is almost as bad as black plague, just takes a lot longer.

Any book would go to this basic B6, non uric acid statement in 300 pages.

Why do you think they prescribe aspirin? It numbs the pain of not erasing the cause, leading to more arthritis, which is a very lucrative trade.

Any of this will help completely, if not a lot. Extensive study was done of B6 and rhumitoid. The Dr. doing the test said he did not believe it would help. But it stopped symptoms of rhumitoid I had at 28. So, go figure.

I am never out of B6, by the way.
And as for all of the vitamins we get in our food and don't need supplements. I was quizzsing a Safeway produce guy almost 20 years ago about organic food verus the big pretty fluffy stuff in Safeway. I asked him if he believed regular high-grow cartel vegetables were good. He just kept working and said, "All you're buying is the color." That's all I know.
