Bank of Tuktuyuktuk I've never heard that funny name. Where do they operate? Two banks recently announced that they would merge: TD and CIBC. And two more - Royal and BoM announced before them. Talk about competition between banks in Canada. Soon we'll be left with four banks only, including the funny one. U.S. has 9,000 banks, 225 times more banks per capita. Anyway, my bank is TD and they are the ones starting the bill pay. Please, post your experience. Their WebBroker is still a bad joke.
