ANOTHER MUST READ TO ALL DGIV-ER'S: Mark- I hope you don't mind or take offense but I felt your PM to me was one of great interest to all dgiv investors so while I will not dilvulge the contents of your communication, I will respond publicly so everyone can appreciate and understand the position. DGIV has decided, and rightfully so, that loose dissemination of company information to all inquirers has in fact hurt the company rather than help it. DGIV had practiced sort of an open-door policy to people calling for information. Unfortunately, when you do this, you don't know who you're ultimately giving the information out to, what their purpose is, and what they do with it end-use. Also, in an effort to satisfy inquiring minds, they talked about things in a casual way that because was not set in concrete yet, should not have given out publicly because thread members and other Net users twisted the bits of information to fit the purpose of what they were doing. Hence, expected impending news was released or hinted about as "fact". Same with contracts and revenues. People with inherently good intentions sent out half-baked information across the Internet but as we all know, when some of these things did not materialize, it just opens the door for doom and disaster. Additionally, presentations of "fact" that is not fact-based just encourages the naysayers to bash our thread leaders and their comments and ultimately our company. This is why I concur with DGIV to stop releasing information to anyone and everyone that calls or writes in. This is not meant to say that we are covering anything up but rather we intend to use and release our information under a well-conceived strategic plan that will benefit our company. This may make some people unhappy or even anxious because they are not getting information like they used to. This leads to a concern that only certain people havge access to dgiv corporate information. I think it was true that in the recent past certain individuals did have an open door to the company and what was going on. I think you will find that this is not going to happen as much or at all anymore. Mistakes were made in the past and we are correcting them to prevent them from happening in the future. As an original owner and investor in dgiv, I do continue to have access to information at dgiv. However, even in my case, I am not given any privy and proprietary information that could possibly be construed as "inside" information. This would be a clear cut violation of law and, especially as a former law enforcement officer, I for one do not intend to go to jail not even for three squares a day. The best I get is some business insights, directions, and plans of a general nature. I don't believe anyone is getting anything of a confidential and proprietary nature about dgiv from anyone at dgiv itself. I personally feel that anyone who claims they are getting this type of information should be disbelieved and distrusted. I believe I know what information is being given out by the company and anything else amounts to worthless and harmful hype. Mark- I hope this addresses your concerns in this matter. If I can be of any further help, please call on me anytime.
