<Dear Frank Peters, you did not, as I recall, identify yourself. Are you the Frank Peters who is CEO of FTEL? >

"One last thing I want to share with you: I am still, by a wide margin, the largest shareholder in Franklin Telecom. I have stopped the 144 automatic filings because it has given the impression I was selling stock. I did this because I thought the price would be well over $10 at which point I would have sold a bit. I haven't sold a single share since January. With the prices at the current level, I have instructed my broker to buy more. You could say I don't actually need more Franklin stock, but I believe in putting my money where my mouth is-and in this case, I have a high degree of confidence that my investment is going to pay off."

Frank W. Peters
Chairman & CEO, Franklin Telecommunications Corp

Well maybe there are more than one Frank W. Peters LOL.

Anybody ever read post 12 on this thread? Recognise any names from way back when: vic, raleight, lee, debra, dorothy, mitch, sam?

Yep, that may just be someone posting as frank and the "franklin faithful". Then again maybe I'm gary, elk, ski, cathouse etc. etc. etc.

That's why I want franklin to succeed, because I have 23 different SI accounts. Yeah that's the ticket.

Bare, having been involved in litigation on both sides of the coin, I learned that establishing a (electronic) paper trail declaring outrage and possible damage to ones self is exactly what one should do. It's pre-emptive P.R. So is coming down on both sides of the matter<Regarding FTEL, maybe I'm wrong.> There seems to be a lot of desperation there. I've never been in a position where the thought of the opening bell struck terror.
