Dear Larry

What you guys miss over there is that no one has actually noticed over here that Tony Blair is the Prime Minister. Essentially no one has had to make up a new policy since Margaret Thatcher was kicked out, so PMs come and go, but dont make any difference.

Bum-wipe Blair made a big song-and-dance a few months ago about setting up a team of Bug-Busters (the idea being to get the glue-sniffers who live rough to change their way of life and fix the Y2K problem) but funnily enough he has been ignored.

The biggest thing to make anyone sit up over here has been a very interesting report from Merrly Lynch, added to the fact that Lloyds of London have also announced that they are starting to feel the heat.
