Kashmir, I'm out of VMRX as of July 7. But Laura is wrong if she thinks that having a certain level of corporate assets can compensate for share price below $1/share and thus prevent delisting. Those WERE the rules for Nasdaq small cap prior to February, 1998, but no longer. Ask her to check out the following link, and good luck to those remaining in this stock,
