I did not lie.
I don't have, nor have I ever had, illegal info.
If you are in possession of it that is your problem and has nothing to do with me.
I never denied we knew each other - solely through my messages to you regarding ROTI - so there wasn't anything to prove.
Desperate is your word, not mine.

"How did you know I got warned?" - Duhh #reply-5170285

Kasha caught you in a lie. But before resuming your polishing of that turd, how about some EDII chit-chat? In exactly what way is this Joe Gort #reply-3476060 of SMRY/LUMA/RICI/ICVI/ICCI/MTEI fame connected with EDII?

Take your time, I'll be back much later .... cheerio

Hi Turboe,

Kerry that is BS and you know it. Telephone calls, especially if you make notes, are admissible in court.

I stand by my earlier statements regarding the value of information obtained from an insider/officer via a telephone call. I believe that this is an issue upon which you and I will never agree. To end our little disagreement, can we agree to disagree on this subject and allow each other to have their own point of view?

And in Texas you can tape calls.

I am unaware of any laws in Texas that substantially differ from the laws in other states. I will not contest your statement regarding Texas laws. My viewpoint on telephone calls is not based upon the laws of the land. I based my opinion upon what I consider to be good common sense. Again, I reiterate, can we agree to disagree and drop the issue from this thread so that we can all get back to the thread topic?

Thanks.

KJC
