sanke, Heres the deal. He is very smart.There is no discipline on this board. He made five or so posts and no one responded.then baited enough people to get his ruinous responses. You people are doing to yourselves. thats why I didnt post for one month.I cant figure it.But I wont be responding again on this board while he controls things.Let me say one thing in response to someone who said "been down this road before".Well yes and no."The ballgame has changed and I and others dont have to defend ftel on this board. Monday their in house counsel will do that.I know one thing that the law is very one sided. The deep public pockets win and the individual may gain a legal victory at always huge personel cost both emotionally and financially.Everytime you have to respond to an interrogatory it costs 300-400 bucks an hour and you see the clock going and the lawyers getting rich.First shot across the bow ,yes but not something I ever want to experience.Was at a party last night and someone just finished a costly divorce proceedings. Know what he spent ,try120k on an acromonious divorce.Crazy .To all,lets stay away and discuss our future.As George Allen said"the future is now".We should hope that tomorrow will be the being of a better future for many of us.To others ,who disagree let them support other companies and prosper.
