I day trade in most of my positions and have never taken Vectorvest quotes very seriously but I thought in light of several on this thread that got caught in this stock at or near its high I thought it might lift their spirits.

I have been there and done that and it never helps for a smart ass short seller to say he went short at 17 when I am long at 22 and waiting out the weekend.

Japan will be the big problem tomorrow followed by the weakening internet sector I will probably be short most of next week then when there is blood in the streets selectively go long and hope I picked the bottom.

Good luck and good trading.

If it does not gap in the morning, I will be buying more shares. Buying Zap at this price is nothing more than fair market price for Zapata. Your getting the internet part free, if the enternet part does nothing you still have decent company at a fair price.
Friday when it did not fall, price wise relative to its peers,(YHOO,AMZN,ECITE,etc..)it did not vary more than 3/4 of a point the entire day. It signaled profit taker's and some short covering, many would be buyers holding off so as not to get caught holding in the event of more asian bad news. The story may be different in the morning. As to only ten people on this thread, as you know for every poster, there are 10,000 lurkers.
IMHO Good Luck Investing

<<<ZAP only valued at $19.40 per your link. It also values YHOO at $25.10, LCOS at $7.50 and NSCP at $5.90. Even Vectorvest seems to be valuing ZAP as a non internet stock, else their value would be listed as much less than current market price market. Can only dream that the stock would increase in price enough to be valued much lower by your site. Interesting site though.>>>

Actually "Ken's site" is accessible through the stock section of Zap's portal. But you are probably correct. I assumed that the Vector Vest valuation was not including the Inet business. However, I can't imagine analysis of the company being able to absorb any significant Internet revenues and expenses until the end of the quarter
