Rene, In this case, given the price relative to where it's been over the last year, selling on the news doesn't make much sense. The company has a small, operating business now but the size of the operation would increase by about 20-40 times if financing is completed and the deals are closed. I do consider that a major change in the nature, earnings, and stock price of the company. I do expect a strong price rise if the deals close. I could undoubtedly be wrong but that would really surprise me. We will see what happens. good luck to all, later, leroyt
