How right you are for most normal stocks. The problem with RMBS is that it is not normal. To use TA on a stock like RMBS is, how should I say this, not a very good idea. RMBS is a story stock, the story changes with the next press release, the direction of the stock goes with the story. Soon though RMBS fortunes will be tied to number of things, mainly the PC sector, how much rev.s it is getting, and the expanding story, HDTV, and data communication gear, (routers and switches etc., etc.) once this happens TA will better serve an investor in RMBS.
