Just a note. The estimate for eps for the year 2000 are $1.77 and not for 1999. You may have info that gives estimates for calander year. MDT is on a fiscal year that ends on 4/30/99. So the estimates for FY99 are ones that end coming next April. MDT will finish it's first qtr of FY99 this month. The estimates for this qtr are between 0.34-0.35. Last qtr earnings were 0.34. So the growth is flat but looking forward expectations ramp up.
