Thus far, though it is still early, seems to be a non-event. Asian markets are down, but nothing out of the ordinary; nobody's tanking. Nikkei gapped down about 100 points at the open, dropped anther 170 or so, than came back up 260 and looks to want to close the gap and go positive. Futures down slightly, but nothing remarkable.

The positive to this is that the Japanese people have made a pretty clear statement that they want something done to fix this situation.
