Steve, you make a good point. I've experienced the same frustration and resulting hesitation on other stocks. I hope I didn't sound insensitive to those who suffered through the long decline. It is certainly wise to take a skeptical view given the history of Warp 10. To that end I'll re-pose a few questions that have kept a skeptical bug alive in me:

1. What happened with the Kodak flash pix thing that supposedly went bust?

2. Can anyone validate or invalidate Warp's current Website claim that they have no direct competitors--that competing products involve specific detailed applications rather than a complementary type of toolkit such as Warp offers?

3. Can anyone validate or invalidate the slow growth of the industry. Yes, Warp's revenues were up some 40% this last quarter but they are still miniscule.

4. Does anyone really understand the primary markets for Warp's products? I confess I have only a vague idea, and have difficulty getting a handle on how digital asset management translates to real world use. I know they have image compression and database organizational tools. but can anyone clarify the value in laymen's terms?

I feel foolish asking somewhat basic questions...hope no one minds too much. Ted
