recently heard aboout this stock... questions 1)what are the shares outstanding? 2)what are number of recent new shares from aquisitions and when are these shares available for selling or are they restricted for a while? 3)? this recent s-8 filing seems to create a lot more shares...when are they released? thanks for your answers in advance, bb stocks get hammered with dilution even if they have great potential like i see in this company. looks like a good buy at this price though samir
