Asia>Slammed they were not. The damage does remain though. Next few days should be volitile either way. Still watching the yen and its not promising. Xoma news> I guess 2-3 news items before late sept. One of them will be early august quarterly with updates and clues. Employment> 1992 was 330 something (jack comes in) 1994 was 220 something (jack makes cuts) 1995 was 130 something (jack runs lean) 1998 is ... 160 something and rising (jack is expanding workforce) IMO Jack runs a tight ship. IMO if he did not take those measures we would be worse off. IMO job expansion is a positive sign especially with Jack on board. All disclaimers always apply,all IMO.
