1992 was 330 something (jack comes in)
1994 was 220 something (jack makes cuts)
1995 was 130 something (jack runs lean)
1998 is ... 160 something and rising (jack is expanding workforce)

IMO Jack runs a tight ship.
IMO if he did not take those measures we would be worse off.
IMO job expansion is a positive sign especially with Jack on board.
