He says AMZN's real problem is valuation, and accounting methods are a distant second.

Hello all,

I've been actively following this stock for a while, and am particularly interested in the EBITDMA issue.

One thing I wanted to note is that, as far a I can tell, EBITDMA hasn't appeared as an official line item in any of the SEC filings (please correct me if I'm wrong). Until it does, I wouldn't expect the financial press to publish any criticisms. If it shows up in this quarterly's report, then they've got a story.

I'm currently debating one of the Fools over at TMF on this issue. I know some here are boycotting TMF, but I think they're bullish views can keep the average bear pretty sharp.

Good luck everyone,

John

He says the main problem with AMZN as a short, it will be difficult to
time, because there isn't yet a stock-specific event that will drive it down. He says
AMZN's real problem is valuation, and accounting methods are a distant second.

He is correct!
