Hi to NO BS...

How do you know that ACA will be halted before the next NR?

Plus, why do you feel that because it will be halted, that that means an automatic jump in the price will be the result? (Maybe it is not good news).

I appreciate your knowledge and experience...so please do not take this as a negative response to your statements, I am just curious.
