[Celebra agreement]-- Pfizer paid MTC( actually Searle) 100 million early this year and it was expensed out on their first quarter as a one-time charge. If AHP or MTC want to kill the deal, they'd have to return the money with interest. As Pfizer proved when WLA signed them to co-market lipitor, they are the best in the business at this because they have the largest sales force of any pharm including Merck. Celebra will be a blockbuster drug if it gets to market first. later,
