Weldon, I'd rather not say anything except that I don't expect this company not to have the revenues or earnings that many are expecting. I expect the cash to steadily burn and that they will need to gererate more via a private placement. I expect this within 12 months, but more likely within the next 6-9 months.

The stock price can do anything. I would not personally trade this company based on fundamentals, but I believe you can trade any company with the appropriate stop (mental).

Of course, I am not a financial advisor so you should consult with your advisor for what is appropriate for you.

One thing that I will say, contrary to what some would have you believe, this stock is not falling because of anything I'm saying on this thread.

You might want to research the effects that the previous private placment might have had or the failure of the FNET IPO, or the Intrine order, etc.

I mentioned the private placement and the June 30th FNET IPO date for many, many months, and now when the stock reacts to what is going on, I'm to blame?

I hardly posted for a period of time. Did the price go up? No.

FTEL will rise or fall, ultimately, on its own merits. Has FTEL disappointed in the last couple quarters? How?

What do you think that has to do with what is happening?

May FTEL prosper. May we agree to agree to disagree. May freedom continue and may Tyranny is crushed via the medium of free speech and appropriate privacy.

Weldon,
Thanks for the first hand inspection. As Frank Peters said, nothing like coming out and kicking the tires.
