You are right about the McCarthyism ... I have talked to Jim Parker on a lot of issues and some of the broker asnd not one has confirmed anything of the deals and people you refering to except that some wanted the corporation because of those deal and tried to oust Tom because of those deals. Tom won and the courts saw it Tom;s way. Greed exist in the real world also with anything that has an unfair advantage. Matter of fact the DD I did on this stock is what help teach me about what is commonly known as power struggles. What is truth and what is opinion is anyone's guess. But major deals do tempt those that see an unbelieveable scenario,. Even Jim Parker knows Tom was trying to be over thrown and he got cornered and had no choice but to bankrupt. Now if that is not the truth then that is what everyone is being told. Some balck and white facts would be helpful if we are going to dig up the past and blame Tom. I do not want to fight just post the where we can verify where Tom was the bad guy. The courts did not think so or Tom would not have got his company back. GB
