I have heard that sometimes the VSE actually reads some of the SI threads. Hopefully someone will read the posts on this subject and look into the goings on which, from what I understand, at best seem strange.

Gramps,

The unsigned BYG news release is simply a copy of the latest quarterly report that was filed with SEDAR, dated June 12, 1998. As far a TYG not being up to date with their filings, all I know is that they appear up to date as far as financials go anyways (again see SEDAR). If they are not up to date with statutory filings with the ASE, I can only presume that 1) they simply haven't bothered, or, 2) they want the ASE to suspend trading in the stock. What was the nature of your complaint to the ASE?

I think we have to ride this one out because if the scenario that we are hoping for unfolds, the picture will be a lot prettier. When someone is self destructing it is always safer to stand back and let the process follow its natural course, and then to step in and pick up the pieces. That is what I intend to do anyways.

Sincerely,

Al Cern
