Wary you should be and I have read the bankrupcy back months ago when I did the original DD.

Troyen's ultimatly illegal of screwing around with the stock

Please provide the case # and caption of the FTC, SEC or legal court that can prove this allegations.

Also there are 13M in stop transfers ... do you know why they are stopped and on who they are stopped on. Seems to me Tom took care of it but I am open to the burden of proof of all this alleged it is Toms fault. Seems to me when I read it all Tom acted as he could once he had the burden of proof. That is responsible in my opinion.

Something I don't understand...you said,

"Troyen's ultimatly illegal of screwing around with the stock was what won it for Tom "

Wouldn't a judge have the option to put the whole thing into receivership if he felt that neither party was competent to run the business? It has always been my understanding that the other option is a court appointed receiver when there is no confidence that the business in question can be adequately run and investors protected.

I may be wrong, but I have always thought that's how it worked...
