Michael- The only thing on the BRCP Y2K page that I can imagine you think proves your point is the new "disclaimer" they have added at the bottom. In today's litigious society, a disclaimer such as that has become standard operating procedure. What is it about the disclaimer that indicates that "BRCP wants to come clean of this stock fraud called MatriDigm / Zit" ?

And don't forget, BRCP owns 7 1/2 % of MatriDigm's stock. If it's all a scam, isn't BRCP part of it too?
