Zeev, All things come down to people buddy. These instruments were written/reviewed/executed by executives of HEC. Talking with the pres. could provide you some insight that is impossible, or at least very difficult, to obtain just reading the SEC filings. Naturally anything they say that is not in the filings you would be expected to discount. However I can think of plenty of times where I have had conversations with company management where they pointed out certain sentences, etc., in public documents that I had not focused on, which were very important to understanding the whole document. And remember, since you're talking about the instruments and not the people, you shouldn't have a problem about talking with the people because you are not attacking the people, just the instruments they signed, nicht? <g>
