ENOTS, I don't think anybody is arguing with the validity of your complaints, it's just that these are not complaints about Etrade, these are complaints about the Nasdaq exchange and the way the market makers work. Blaming it on E*trade is like blaming your corner store because you don't like the taste of Coke.

Re: after-hours trading on Friday, it traded as high as 27 3/32 at 4:43 as per quote.com. The 25 1/8 at 3:59 was a mistake and was later removed from all of the quote services that I follow; the two 24 1/2 trades right before the halt were either some type of aberration, or were from some trader who managed to get them in after being warned of the halt, and was scared the halt was for bad news. (Just goes to show that sometimes cheating doesn't pay <ggg>.)
