Absolutly NOT. I will in no way endorse this. Although my endorsement means nothing. I think Arnie's post are completely legitimate. And, I might add, that the posts negative towards Arnie are at least 3:1 for the negative ones he puts out.

All this crap about Phillips and now legal actions against SI is total Horsesh**. This is such a violation of our rights as American Citizens. Nobody can or cannot tell you what you can or cannot say. IT IS YOUR RIGHT!

I completely agree with the fact that this company continues to make promises and NOT deliver. BUT, that does not stop me from believing that this is going to change. I have MUCH more invested in this company than most people around here, so believe me I do want to see TMMI exceed. Needless to say we will need HARD FACTS from this company to see ANY movement in price. For all we know TMMI could have made a deal to borrow $100 million and squandered all that away. Where are we the PUBLIC Stockholders with information like this??? The point I am trying to make is that as Public Stockholders we are entitled certain things. In my eyes we have NOT been given these things.

How about a shareholder meeting???

NUFF SAID.

jp and Carol, here's the deal from me: I'll call a 30 day truce. During that time I will not post unless you make false or misleading statements or you make snide remarks (e.g. "arnie - i love you, guy! hahahahahahaha") or you attack me personally or otherwise. How well you observe the truce will determine whether it turns into a peace treaty. I will keep my end of the deal.

Let me suggest that if and when tmmi issues a press release during the next 30 days that you SERIOUSLY discuss the merits of that release and not blindly accept what it says. That one item will do wonders to restore your credibility on tmmi as the discussion should be about investing, not hyping.

What do you say?
