Please provide the financials to support your claim... No where have I seen where this occurred ... Is it in the bankrupcy or SEC filings or do you have the P&L statements from the company. Is there a case against Troyen for this activity you speak of? Do you have the case number and caption? Please note so far you have not proven incompetence on Tom. Merely a dislike about things that occurred in the past with individuals that are no longer associated with Tom. Also do you know who owns the certificates of the 13M in stop transfers? TIA GB
