Since you have a great relationship with DBC, let them explain Level II to you. OTC BB was set up to replace the pink sheets. By the way I was a customer of Signal by FM radio reception. It was absolutely unreliable, the wires had to be placed in exactly one position for it to work, the reception was dependent on radio stations 60 miles outside the city limits and on bad weather days, cold or rainy, the reception was out. So I am with PC Quote on the internet and during my trial period I had Signal on one computer and PC Quote on another. Signal was up to 30 seconds slower and then I understood why I was not getting the limit price I was entering on my internet based on line broker. I want to reiterate again that the sales people, I called at least three times, were rude, obnoxious and one hung up on me because I wanted to ask questions before he got all of my name and address information. As a matter of principle, I would not use them even if it were free.
