Please allow me to jump in here with a letter from John.

This is an official update of the law suit against Mason Coggins and the Arizona Department of Mines.

We now stand at about 2.5 million shares of shareholders' complaints. The reason it helps to have the backing of everyone's shares, is that this backing gives us voting power when the time comes. This does not give us power to buy or sell stockholders' shares. This gives us NO POWER over your investment. But it does give us power in a court of law.

We have contacted several attorneys and now have an attorney who is also a stock holder who has volunteered to offer his assistance. Many of the shareholders with large holdings have contacted us for information, but have not, as yet sent their complaints. We expect when that happens we will pass the 5 million mark.

!!!When that happens then all share holders will know that we will have a very good chance to win this case.!!!

On another matter, with the new law in Canada concerning posters who help to destroy a company, we may soon be able to bring charges against the posters who contributed to the near destruction of IPM. Since I understand from an infallible source that Coggins is still posting lies and false accusations he will be doubly guilty. Keep watching the thread for further updates.

Best Regards to all IPM shareholders.
John Cathcart

It is also important that all of you contact other shareholders who may not have access to the Internet, and who therefore may not know of this lawsuit. Contact them and tell them about it, and tell them to send their letter of complaint and support to -
