Chuca,

I just thought you and the GPGIers would like to know that USPS has a permit from AZ water quality for a process almost identical to GPGI. Is this coincidence or what?

As far as GPGI having permits in place for a long time? AZ give permits based on submitted information, if there is any change then permit must be adjusted or reconsidered. Basically USPS says no pollution and AZ says ok but you have to prove it, any change in process we must evaluate first.

GPGI has lots of recent changes, I would like to see AZ water quality evaluations of changes like I saw in USPS permit. Still researching air quality for both operations.
