Kenneth,
Let me respond to intrine. It was human. They had a long negotiation and nominal research in a financial area said it was a go.But after the contracts were signed and released to the public,it was the great due dilly of Tom Russel who said their credit would not support the terms. To his great credit as cfo he overruled the sales folks and would not risk ftels precious capital on what may be construed as a risky venture. Instead of a negative, thank god for the professionalism of a great cfo.By the way, as with all gooooood companies, procedures are in place to verify the credit worthiness of all buyers and must pass his desk. Thats why, when they annouce something it counts.Idiots notwithstanding. thanks for your incisive post but thought to clarify this bit of info. When will nortel have a dvg and billing unit?

Kenneth, thank you for your well thought out comments to me. I am aware that I have recently given a barrage of posts, but I think it is best to look at that in context. Many on this thread have constantly called me demeaning names such as "Valueless", "Valuedic", "LawnmowerMan", etc. Now, FTEL's CEO, Frank Peters is threatening legal action.

Should I sound positive in light of that?

My views differ greatly from your own. I stand behind what I have said recently, and if no positives are mentioned, it is because I do not feel it is appropriate.

I'm sure good comes from hurricanes, tornadoes, etc., but I don't think talking about their good points, the few that may exist, would capture the essence of my opinions on those events.

Based on FTEL's past, I will be surprised if my projections of dwindling cash and a not-so-distant effort to obtain more cash does not come true, but who knows?

May FTEL prosper. May we continue to agree to disagree. The future will give us diffinitive answers in time.

FTEL: ~$ 2.56a
