Actually my calculations are off. If DRIV gets a market cap of 450M a month or so after the offering, and if there are 24.5M shares (assuming an offering price of 12, 20.87M existing plus roughly 3.5M offered), then the price of DRIV would be around 18.5.

Of course there are a lot of assumptions involved.

Yes, Andrew, I think that is the most likely scenario. About 3.5-3.8 million shares priced at $12 gets you to about 40 million. I predict DRIV will print the new shares. This will give it SO similar to that of INKT, SWNT, etc.
