The 22k comes from Alberto and others selling and the MM is the buyer!
You and I are unable to get any! At least that has been my experience. It would be interesting to hear from anyone who has actually (no BS) bought any shares in the last while, if such a person exists.

Buying at 2.25 may be an option at this point if someone has decided its time to cover and they "sold short" at above $10 before the halt and split.
