You have just provided the best DD EDII has seen to date.

The considerable time and effort spent in the analysis is appreciated.

Perhaps the missing 35 million is coming from the deal with the Internet company that Dror mentioned in his radio interview. You know the next acquisition.

:o)

Masterful, wonk. Quite a difference, eh, between an objective look at the numbers and the feelgood hypester fluff;

"Intile's operating loss (Loss from operations) for fiscal year ending 3/31/97, before debt service, was approx 4 million." [from Intile's 10K]

- as against;

"Profit margins are very high in this business ... Intile is debt free."
[from kevin1's 'DD' #reply-4763638 ]

One could wonder why, if they are 'debt free', they spent 1.4mil in interest.
This would all be so hilarious if it wasn't for the threats.

What do you want to bet they bury this post under a tide of fluff -g- ... cheers

Contrast those "official" numbers with this "DD" from KevinL.

his "numbers" don't reflect LAST YEAR'S company and yours do!
