Employees Leaving

Well I feel like this is one issue not to lose sleep over.

Does anyone have contacts at AMD? All I can rely on is what I read in AMD published information and what I read here. Other than a few posts on this board, I see no indication of a turnover problem.

-The proxy said that they are issuing options at 50% of market. From personal experience, I know that this is a much much stronger incentive when the stock market is not skyrocketing and the market is not going up right now. I'll qualify this and say that I do not know for certain that AMD is giving these options to engineers. They should give them to engineers and not give them to management.
-AMD was at one time considered one of the best firms in America to work for. Jerry Sanders may be a lot of things, but guys like him tend to treat employees well.

There are other reasons, but why bother.

Tell me why I'm wrong.
