Chris a report out of Japan from one of the Stock exchange leaders report that "If the next government succeeds in aggressively implementing the economic stimulus measures already announced, the Nikkei average will likely rise to the 17,000 level by mid-September." So maybe we have a run starting in Japan for the short term. If they do not succeed, then back to 15,000 we go. What do you think?
