a point of interest a couple months back actc made a bid for abte and after DD dropped the bid and issued a negative report about abte at the time everyone thought that actc was the bad guy and shortly afterwards abte went from 8 to 18 but Asensio & Co. just issued a strong sell on abte tearing abte apart My point being that actc did their research and found out that everything was not right with abte and walked away from the deal which speaks well for actc and makes me belive that they are really doing their research on the mergers that are going through and their shouldn't be any hidden surprises GO ACTC GO
