RSD.. when I posted, Hasimoto hadn't resigned.. that's being taken as positive. I admit I don't understand the Japanese electoral system. Who makes the real financial decisions, how much power do the elected officials have? It seems to me the most important-influential voices and faces are never heard or seen.

I've been watching the 'mood' on IBM's earnings change over the last two weeks to being more posisitve. Expectations were lowered and now raised from being lowered to where down looks up... and you're right, never fight the tape, after all is said and done, it alone sets the value of your positions.
