One last time Freddie, it is not a relentless attack. Can't one be persistent in wanting to analyze a company without being branded a basher, deviate, pompous whatever, kiddie molester or whatever else yoy people can dream up as smoke screens for not wanting to discuss facts? I have every right to state my side of the issue as you have to state yours. Only thing is I can't get you people to state any FACTS. Strange Freddie how you can change your colors so fast. Can't see the forest for the trees maybe? Would rather be involved in a personality contest than discuss the facts? Call the company? If you want press releases you call the company. If you want to find facts you talk to other investors or analysts,or read the companies financial reports that have been released. Freddie have you EVER seen one financial document that this company has released? How many years have they been in business? Guess my problem is that I can find no other investors. Everyone is involved in telling themselves how smart they are to buy this stock. Everyone wants to hype it hoping that the stock will go up and they will recoupe their losses maybe? Maybe you all are smart investors, but where is the meat?????? Where ARE the facts? If there are any than discuss them. Yeah and I know, everyone will chant the GLOW mantra, "do your own DD", "Call the Company", "ask Gary". Its getting old. Why weren't they fully reporting by end of June like "Gary originally says". Or has that changed now also. And yes Freddie it was end of June read Cheryl's original hype on the stock, and many other posts that allude to talking to Gary on this issue! My basic problem with GLOW is the same as you allude to in your post. NO CREDIBILITY, NO FACTS. If he's too obstinate or greedy to do the right thing, or as Dick pointed out, "to do the noble thing", then he deserves to be sued. Twice, MANAGEMENT TOLD US IN CC'S, that financials"HAVE ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE SEC." Arif knew these were boldface lies and allowed it to happen. I agree with Buddy. Calling the company will only get you the company line. No one will answer the O/S issue or the blatant misrepresentations truthfully. Even though I think new management is a god-send, Arif needs a wake-up call.
